For chronic back, joint, and nerve pain that hasn't responded to conservative treatment, our pain specialists offer image-guided injections and minimally invasive procedures — performed on an outpatient basis, in the same accredited surgical suite as our other specialties.
What we treat
Chronic low back and neck pain, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, sciatica, arthritis-related joint pain, and nerve pain are the most common reasons patients are referred to us. Most have already tried physical therapy or medication without lasting relief.
Treatment starts with a consultation to review your imaging and history, so your procedure is targeted to the actual source of pain rather than a general protocol.

Epidural steroid injections
Targeted anti-inflammatory injections for disc-related back and leg pain, guided by real-time imaging for precise placement.
Facet & joint injections
Injections directly into the small joints of the spine or other affected joints, to reduce inflammation and confirm the pain source.
Nerve blocks & ablation
Procedures that interrupt or reduce pain signals from a specific nerve, often used when injections alone provide only short-term relief.
How you're referred
Most patients arrive with a referral from their primary care physician, orthopedist, or neurologist, along with recent imaging. If you haven't been evaluated yet, we can also see you directly for a consultation to determine next steps.
